Takes about two minutes from your browser. Your settings, name, channel, and pairing are all kept.

About one minute. Works on Windows, Mac, and Linux in any browser, and it is also the recovery method if a browser flash gets interrupted.
- Download the .uf2 file above.
- Plug the radio into your computer using
- Press the small reset button on the radio twice quickly, like a double-click. A drive named appears on your computer (that name is normal). The reset button is .
- Drag the .uf2 file onto the drive.
- Wait about 10 seconds. The drive disappears and the radio restarts. That means it worked.
- Unplug the radio. You're done.
Mac users: Finder may show "The operation can't be completed" or "disk not ejected properly" right at the end. That is normal. The update still completed.
Troubleshooting
Nothing shows up in the port list, or the drive never appears. Check the cable is seated firmly on the radio, and try another USB port on the computer. If you are using a cable other than the one that came with the radio, it may be charge-only.
The drive appears, then disappears before I can copy the file. The radio left update mode. Double-tap reset again and copy the file right away.
Brand-new that never had Kiba firmware? After installing, open the Kiba app, connect to the radio, and choose Factory Reset in the radio's settings so it picks up the Kiba network defaults.
