Please read before entering. Bracketed items will be finalized before the giveaway opens.
1. No purchase necessary
The Kiba Fall Backcountry Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Kiba Outdoors, [Kiba Outdoors mailing address] (the "Sponsor"). No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and of each participating partner brand are not eligible. Participating brands: [list partner brands].
3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on October 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Visit kibaoutdoors.com/giveaway during the Entry Period and submit your email address. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. Entrants receive a personal referral link. For each new, eligible person who enters using your link, you receive one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries, for a maximum of six (6) total entries per person. Referred entries must be from a unique person and email address; self-referrals, duplicate addresses, automated entries, and entries from the same device or household intended to inflate bonus entries will be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
5. Free alternate method of entry
To enter without submitting an email on the website, mail a postcard with your name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth to: Kiba Outdoors, Fall Backcountry Giveaway, [Kiba Outdoors mailing address]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within five (5) business days after it closes. Limit one mail-in entry per person.
6. Marketing emails are optional
Agreeing to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor is optional and is not a condition of entry. You may enter without opting in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
7. Prize
One (1) grand prize winner will receive the full prize package: a Kiba Partner Pack (two Kiba Scout mesh radios and two one-year subscriptions to Kiba Go Premium) plus the partner prizes listed on the Giveaway page. Approximate retail value of the full package: [ARV to be confirmed]. Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner, and the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
8. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on or before November 5, 2026. Each entry has an equal chance; odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days and confirm eligibility and a US shipping address. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate winner will be drawn. The winner's first name and state may be announced on the Sponsor's website and social channels.
9. Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and, only if you opt in, to send marketing emails from the Sponsor. Your email may be shared with participating partner brands only if you separately opt in to hear from them. See the Sponsor's privacy policy at kibaoutdoors.com/privacy.
10. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control impairs its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems of any kind.
11. Release
By entering, you release the Sponsor, the participating partner brands, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the use of any prize. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, X, or Apple. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any of those platforms.
12. Winner list and sponsor
For the name of the winner, email hello@kibaoutdoors.com with the subject "Fall Backcountry Giveaway winner" within 60 days after the Entry Period ends. Sponsor: Kiba Outdoors, [Kiba Outdoors mailing address].
